I find that I can eat anything as long as I start with ice cream or a hot chocolate drink (it has a smooth consistency to help with purging)

I even like to take a load of chocolate powder or milk shake powder, and make it into a paste to eat it on it's own - yummy! Baaaadd for your teeth.

Gullon sugar free shortbread biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, vanilla wafers and rich tea biscuits. Don’t taste sugar free at all, really decadent.

As long as I have a glass of room temp water before, fries!! They come up so easy but for some reason I always thought it would be hard
