I'm not sure whether or not what I am experiencing would be considered binge eating disorder or anything, but a friend brought it up and so I got curious.
At the end of the day, I've restricted calories so I feel really good, but then its like, I HAVE to eat. Once I ate a big bowl of spaghetti, a burger with cheese, two hot dog buns with butter on it, spoonfuls of nutella and peanut butter, and more cheese. I felt so full but just needed to keep eating? There are times I'll go shopping and feel the urge to buy a bunch of shit and then I'll go home and I eat most of it or all of it - I'm talking I'll consume 2-3 packets of ramen with two cokes and get halfway through two big bags of chips like doritos and sun chips.
Each time after I feel super guilty and awful and want it out of my body but it keeps happening?
