Right now I am around 111 pounds and nowhere near my goal weight. I feel so guilty that I ate so much. Is there anything that can help so I don’t binge again while keeping my weight the same or lower?

My #1 tip would be to keep your calorie limit relatively high? I tend to binge (hello yesterday) if my net has been low for a couple days straight.

Yep, keeping your calorie limit high will keep you from binging excessively. Don't worry, I binged today too, so you're not alone
My goals:
Able to count ribs
Able to wrap hand around elbow completely
Double digits
Thigh gap
Sassy, salty, and sarcastic with an appreciation for edginess
I have general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and anorexia
I was forced to go to a skills group for anxiety/depression, but I don't plan on going to recovery for Ana anytime soon
just here for advice and to meet people struggling like me
Have a nice day and stay safe! 💜

I personally like to do a week of eating 1,200 calories or lower than slowly begin to restrict heavier week by week. It made me not binge for months, and when I do binge I use this tactic again. It's always worked for me

I’ve been fasting for awhile but I just ate so much food

1. eat a 500 deficit or even only 250 deficit or try to eat maintenance for a week so you can focus on getting nutrients by eating healthy so your body won't physically feel like it needs to binge eat
2. lots of baby carrots a day keeps the binging away:)

the way i fend off binges is by eating 1-3 small snackz a day OR 1 dinner. if its small snackz, my calorie budget is ~800-900. if its dinner, i may eat jussst one serving.
i feel a lot more full when i eat one serving of dinner. you may be able to afford a small snack early in the day + 1 dinner if the urge to binge is very heavy. this allowz u to have ur fave dinner or your fave snackz. just keep it low carb.
also, keeping your mind distracted helps you forget binging. if you have a person close to u like a loved one or partner, id spend time with them in a way that doesnt allow u access to binge foodz. this strat mostly works for maintaining but also can help with losing if ur snackz/dinner choices are lowcal.
