Hey there I’m currently wayyyyy too big at 60kg after being in an accident leaving me wheelchair bound and being in hospital forced to eat loads! But now I’m out and learning to walk again I need to loose at least 10kg and fast!!!
I’m willing to take pills anything bc I can’t actually exercise apart from small walks due to my physical health now and my eating is monitored but I can hide and purge things just not as much as I’d like to so I really need some support!!!

Please any suggestions??

Hopefully nothing mad expensive but willing to have a look at anything

Pills don’t work, if they did everyone would be on them and there would be no need for diet and exercise to lose weight. I hope that you save your money to invest in other opportunities that give you what you want, like low-cal groceries, or a gym membership when you are in better physical health.

What I think you should try is to add fiber to your water. Bemefiber keeps you full and gives your body nutrients. It dissolves completely and tastes like nothing. Best of luck!

I don't really take them, but if I do I'll make them from scratch:

No. NO. Don't!!!! Your body needs the energy now. Recover from the accident first. Afterwards you can try exercising and maybe carb and fat blockers. Coffeine is good too

I've tried so many... and the only ones that actually work are the prescription ones (like Phentermine) that they basically won't Rx to anyone unless they meet certain criteria.  I can say if you are currently recovering from an accident, they probably wouldn't Rx them to you for that reason alone, no matter what your BMI is.
