I'm doing a diet just like this that i made up! I wanted to do whole 30 but all the cooking was time consuming and the meals were large so felt too full (even though they were still low cal) so i made this up instead and its almost the same as yours!!
B: large earl grey tea with 1 c cashew milk, dash of cinnamon (30 cal)
L: 1 large apple, 1 la croix (~100 cal)
D: 1 medium sweet potato, cut very small, sautéed with 1 tbs olive oil & spices (~200)
and then 3x a week i take a barre class
can i follow along with you on this diet? how long are you planning on doing it?
