Hello! Ive tried the IU diet before and in 3 days, I lost 3 KG! Sadly i gained back 2 kg because we had a holiday. And now im going to go on the diet again and feel free to join me! :) I will be updating here as soon as I can everyday!
(I used the same foods but just switch it up from time to time)

BF: protein shake
L: Apple or any low cal fruit
D: Sweet potatoes :)

SW: 49 Kg
GW: 44 KG

A tip: Feel free to swtich the foods up! As long the substitute foods are healthy and nutrient densed.

I'm doing a diet just like this that i made up! I wanted to do whole 30 but all the cooking was time consuming and the meals were large so felt too full (even though they were still low cal) so i made this up instead and its almost the same as yours!!

 

B: large earl grey tea with 1 c cashew milk, dash of cinnamon (30 cal)

 

L: 1 large apple, 1 la croix (~100 cal)

 

D: 1 medium sweet potato, cut very small, sautéed with 1 tbs olive oil & spices (~200)

 

and then 3x a week i take a barre class

 

 

can i follow along with you on this diet? how long are you planning on doing it?

I broke diet on fifth day with bit of rice and gained 200g...
Still lost 3.5kg till now!
Height: 165 cm = 5'5

HW: 72 kg = 158 lbs (BMI 26.4)

SW: 66 kg = 145.5 (BMI 24.2)

☆ CW: 61.3 = 135 (BMI 22.5) ☆

LW: 50 kg = 110 lbs (BMI 18.4)

GW1: 60 kg = 132 lbs (BMI 22)
GW2: 56 kg = 123.5 lbs (BMI 20.6)
GW3: 53 kg = 117 lbs (BMI 19.5)
UGW: 50 kg = 110 lbs (BMI 18.4)

I really want to go on the diet butttt my asian mum's like "you need to eat to grow" so I end up eating and trying to throw up after, which doesn't work well. She insists on looking at me whilst I'm eating.

Pumpkin or normal potatoes :) or simply a plate full of veggies (make sure they have a little starch or you'll be really hungry and more prone to binge) ... I am anyways

The only fruit I can chow down is a banana. Possibly. Or a small smoothie? Think I could just do an apple smoothie of around 74/84 cals for a serving?
