Proteins. Daily exercising-- not just over-exercising, but making sure you're doing something you're enjoying. Like a walk through a park. Not just running on your treadmill all day.

Starting weight: 123lbs as of this relapse (12/10/19)

Lowest weight: 94.5 lbs

Highest weight: 127 lbs

Current weight: 110 lbs

Constantly staying busy and distracted. I always try to have projects or things I'm working towards while restricting. I'm a bitch when I'm restricting but being around people sometimes takes my mind off it and makes me feel less depressed

Magnesium taken daily works as an antidepressant. It will take a few days to weeks to kick in, but when I actually do it consistently I feel better. Having said that I am going to take some now, cause I kinda forgot about this :P

I will take meds for headaches, tea, my faveourite diet soda, play games, draw or do anything else to distract. Though if you're super hungry I would say have pickles. You can get ones that are very low in calories and it will help to satisfy you if the liquids don't work, If you don't like pickles lettuce and tomatoes are an ok option.

Yep, pretty much constantly working on school assignments or a job will keep you busy. I get distracted easily or unmotivated, but continuously focusing on task(s) helps silence obsessive thoughts.

For goodness' sake.

When I was restricting the lowest, I alternated from fasting 48-72 hours and 500 cal days. The variation coupled with the euphoria I get from fasting definitely helped. Also, caffeine on an empty stomach does kinda act as an antidepressant for me. I have also found that my mental health has vastly improved since school finished for the year and the holidays started about 2 weeks ago because school is TOXIC lol.

Caffiene works as a mild antidepressant for me. My mother won't allow me to take prescription antidepressants because she's too fucking proud to admit that her daughter is suicidal.

Jesus I can relate to this in a superior level

you can't haha. But in general I have been reading about how SSRIs can actually make anxiety worse in anorexics at a very low weight so I'm convinced the only thing that works is illegal drugs but that definitely won't make you less depressed in the long term
