Whenever I fast I drink a lot of tea to counteract how cold I get. My favourites are cinnamon, vanilla chai, ginger green tea, peppermint, detox blend or nettle and fennel. I recently got a cherry bakewell flavour green tea, and I love gingerbread black tea from Tetly. I used to never tame caffeine so back then rooibos was a good su substitute but haven't had it in a while.
I lose the same as I would on plain water.
