calorie free drinks are my life. Depression eating is the worst and it got me really bad in 'recovery'
I chug diet coke and it fills my stomach up whilst satisfying the sweet craving so I don't binge on other things.
Or frozen blueberries, since they're slow to eat and very low cal. Eat ice.
Also the zero cal ice tea is my fave thing ever.
and coffee and depression/ hunger naps.
