I have only a small variety of foods with my restriction.

That way I don't have to worry too much about what will I consume on any day

and I count all calories.

My motivation is thinking about the controlled and safe feeling my restrictions give me.

Obsessively weigh yourself every morning, count every single calorie but don't subtract calories burned from exercise, measure your least favorite body parts then see how far away those measurements are from a celebrity/model/person you admire, or write down a ton of strict rules and routines to follow. All of these things worked for me, but I also have an unhealthy amount of self-loathing and a bunch of friends who are super skinny, so idk if they will do more harm than good.

I think its just the results. fasting shows results after day 1 and that's super motivating to me.

Watch amberlynnreid, muckbangs, whatever content you need to be both satisfied and disgusted with food.

Restrict to around 1000 cals a day, some days much less. Some days more.
Understand its a lifestyle and you need to find ways to make it maintainable.

Get into working out, its good for your bone density to lift weights! And cardio is a girls bff.

I bet my stuff. I tell my sister that if I eat anything after dinner or snack too much she can have some of my clothes or some of my makeup.

I stay motivated to low restriction by thinking about the horrible feeling of binging and stuffing my face with carbs. The aftermath is very depressing.

Break the association that food is for comfort. Food is for nourishment, not comfort. Find different ways to deal with stress, eating wont fix it

wow I never thought that way. Loved it!!!

Think of some important occasion that's coming. Mine's prom. This will be my dress and I don't want to look like a potato in it, so I stick to my diet :)

being depressed, chain smoking and a shit ton of cold water and tea- look at photo's of yourself, the ones that you hate most... this usually helps me. Remember the end goal, and how angry you will be if you don't stick to it.

I always think like this "Don't give up on your goal just because of the time, the time will pass anyway. " Basically saying that you just have to stick with it, because if you don't, the time it would be taken for you to achieve your goal will come and you won't have achieved it, so it's like "Danm if I would've stuck with it I'd be there right now"

JUST DO IT. Imagine yourself at your goal weight. Imagine what your life will be like. Imagine what you will look like in pictures and how does that make you feel?
