maybe switch to something like vape or hookah that won't trigger hunger?

I smoke weed a couple times a day and honestly it has helped me lose weight. Im never hungry hardly ever unless a smoke (but I still dont get hungry very much) Also TMI warning lol it makes my stomach upset when i do eat and i get diarrhea almost immediately after eating, so i dont keep that much food in me anyways.

looove weed!! i absolutely get the munchies when i smoke but i've learned to just drink water and 0-cal drinks instead. it's hard but it can be done.
currently on a month long break because of money (i live in a legal state and i don't know any dealers so the dispensary is expensive), tolerance, and overall mental clarity. hoping to get some more soon bc it really helps my ADHD and insomnia

I smoke on a daily basis, mainly because it helps my anxiety and allows me to sleep. I'm having major surgery later this year and won't be able to smoke for 6 weeks prior to the operation and 6 weeks afterwards because it can seriously affect wound healing. Three months no weed makes one hell of a tolerance break! It sucks that I can't smoke during the recovery, because weed is so good for pain. I'm anticipating that my anxiety is going to escalate during that time as well. Ugh. I did learn how to make cannabutter so I could ingest it, but I don't like the feeling or effect of edibles as much as smoking cannabis. Not to mention the calories in special brownies...

i take edibles, i can't fast so i just deal with the calories from them. smoking just doesnt get me high enough. i've perfected making my edibles strong enough to where i can only take a little bit and get so high i wont even get munchies or anything so thats good :')

I don't really measure it much at this point but basically first I just put more of the flower in than normal. Like I guess if you were to make a cup of butter you would but a cup of flower, but I do like a cup of butter and a cup and 1/3 of flower and then let it cook together for longer as well and really slow. I keep it at 180 for like 3 and a half hours. Most people tend to cook the butter for like 2 hours. I always de-carb it too some people say that it doesn't do anything but I personally think it does. I usually make rice crispies and 90 calories for a bar is probably fairly accurate, maybe a little bit more depending on the size (google says .8oz is 90 cal). It doesn't taste very good also lol. I am a bit of a lightweight as well, so it might just be me too.

i love weed lmao i dont get the munchies i just get like SO happy its euphoria, i feel less hungry and like i could dance on clouds forever. cotton mouth is gross but it makes me drink water which is good lmao
