i get really thirsty when i smoke  but not hungry, it actually makes me less hungry

Yes! After smoking I feel my throat is super dry even if I had been super hydrated for the entire day. It’s super helpful!

I know a girl who is super skinny and smokes loads of weed and always wondered how it works. Perhaps I need to try this on my next off day.

just found this thread and it makes me feel so happy. i smoke nightly as its part of my ✨ ritual ✨  that i refuse to change in the slightest. also helps my mood big time. whenever i smoke a munchie inducing strain, i usually snack on cut up veggies, or low cal fruit and log my cals before i smoke so i don’t get too stoned and forget lol. the water content in them quenches my thirst from smoking and is also soooo satisfying. if anyone has some favourite strains that you find doesnt give you the munchies let a girl know <3

stoner alerttttttt i smoke everyday often more than once. personally i'm lucky and don't always get the munchies, but it happens. i just chug water and tea, sometimes when i'm munchy i sprinkle fuckin seasoning on my hand and lick it. or steal a single chip from my roommate's tortilla chip bag like a little mouse. i try to distract myself if i get hungry usually by texting?? idkdik i'm high writing this rn and just rambling

I smoke weed every day. It does give me terrible munchies though, if I've been starving all day and have had alcohol. Drinking tea with it seems to help.

Who else debates every evening whether to prep/have a snack/intake before the joint, and then just sparks the joint anyway and sorts out snacks at some later moment in time?  :lol:

I was an every day smoker and now I do it a couple times a week to chill. Maybe I’ll become an everyday again but prolly not. I like it to relax/ be creative/ have fun. Doesn’t make me hungry anymore but getting past the munchies took a long time so I feel your pain lol

Weed has actually stopped making me hungry now, or maybe I'm able to ignore the munchies
If I do get hungry when I'm stoned I just stick a bubblegum square in my mouth and blow gum bubbles lol

I used to get super munchies after smoking, but after years of being a stoner I don't really get the munchies anymore

I smoke daily. Have for a decade. I also dabble in growing my own. I think it really helps me when I'm restricting. But when Im bingeing I have to nap when I come down or I'll eat the whole house. Coffee and weed when I wake up is a must to keep me from eating til afternoon.

I smoke weed everyday which can trigger binges but if i don't smoke then i won't have any appetite so i try not to smoke all day and then make myself a healthy meal/snack to have ready for when I'm high so i don't just start eating random crap. If i feel like i wanna binge or just like have something in my mouth i'll just eat a shit ton of watermelon, roasted veggies, lettuce, or popcorn.
