this is me but im between wanting to be skeletal or slim with a good ass. its almost as if half my brain is anorexic and half is normal.

This is exactly my struggle I crossfit 2x a day and its a struggle to eat enough to perform and add muscle but i have such a strong desire to starve myself. I eat the bare minimum of my macros and sometimes less. Its gotten to where if I eat my actual macro count for the day i think of it as a binge and hate myself for it.

I totally get this. I am doing crossfit and currently thinking how the hell am I going to combine the two? Both restricting and crossfit make me feel so accomplished, but eating little will probably mean low performance and resulting in muscle loss...

Relate. I can bareley eat enough to perform my workout and I´m driving insane knowing, that all the effort won´t pay off, when restricting same time. But eating more? naaaah...

Sounds weird but i'm so confused right now thinking of restricting and get the '' underweight body'' and on the other hand I' m scared of cutting my calorie intake and lost all the muscles that i've achieve. Am I the only one who feel this shit?
supplement with creatine powder as you drop weight as creatine will draw water into your interstitial cells and muscle tissues allowing better enabling them to maintain, the powder is even listed as being fasting friendly… keep in mind the higher your water mass percentage is the higher your muscular percentage should be as muscle stores water and fat does not, a high fat percentages equate to low water mass percentages
I was once told that you are what you eat and then I just cried and cried and cried cause no matter how much I wanted to be one I just couldn't bring myself to eating a skinny person.

water mass is pretty much a percentage of the amount of the body made up and consisting of water, unless denoted and unitized as weight… creatine powder is pretty much creatine powder, might be small differences between brands and compositions but it all pretty much amounts the same

Yup... me too...
I lift 2-3 days a week and run 2-3 days a week and want a muscular body... but I ALSO want to get to my GW so bad - every time I eat feels like I'm getting further from my goals. Even having a protein shake after a 5mi run feels like "cheating" even though I know I should eat something!

I'm trying to cut and bulk at the same time. A trainer told me recomp is legit and bulking/cutting is bs so I'm gonna go with that. I need more muscle mass though. I don't think it's dysmorphia lol I think I'm just fucking weak.
