Sounds weird but i'm so confused right now thinking of restricting and get the '' underweight body'' and on the other hand I' m scared of cutting my calorie intake and lost all the muscles that i've achieve. Am I the only one who feel this shit?

I have the reverse. I want to keep the muscles but I’m restricting despite myself. Meh.

This is exactly my struggle I crossfit 2x a day and its a struggle to eat enough to perform and add muscle but i have such a strong desire to starve myself. I eat the bare minimum of my macros and sometimes less. Its gotten to where if I eat my actual macro count for the day i think of it as a binge and hate myself for it.

I totally get this. I am doing crossfit and currently thinking how the hell am I going to combine the two? Both restricting and crossfit make me feel so accomplished, but eating little will probably mean low performance and resulting in muscle loss...

Relate. I can bareley eat enough to perform my workout and I´m driving insane knowing, that all the effort won´t pay off, when restricting same time. But eating more? naaaah...

Aaah I feel you. I want to be underweight very badly but I also want to pack on some muscle, get some nice broad shoulders. I'm a guy so I could potentionally build like 20+lbs of muscle, be very lean, but I'll weigh MORE ya know even though it would be muscle. I am currently at a BMI just below 20 with a body fat percentage of just above 9, but I think the only way to get underweight is to either lose all of the fat or lose some muscle as well. I'm on a 800kcal diet rn and the majority of that is protein but I know I am probably not building any muscle with that amount of calories, only losing fat, and therefore only *looking* more muscular. The high protein diet is to preserve muscle but I don't know how much lower I can get... and I am pretty close to being underweight too, a few more kgs... it is a strrrruggle.

supplement with creatine powder as you drop weight as creatine will draw water into your interstitial cells and muscle tissues allowing better enabling them to maintain, the powder is even listed as being fasting friendly… keep in mind the higher your water mass percentage is the higher your muscular percentage should be as muscle stores water and fat does not, a high fat percentages equate to low water mass percentages

I was once told that you are what you eat and then I just cried and cried and cried cause no matter how much I wanted to be one I just couldn't bring myself to eating a skinny person.

What kind of creatine powder (any specific brand)? And is water mass water weight?

water mass is pretty much a percentage of the amount of the body made up and consisting of water, unless denoted and unitized as weight… creatine powder is pretty much creatine powder, might be small differences between brands and compositions but it all pretty much amounts the same

Yup... me too...

I lift 2-3 days a week and run 2-3 days a week and want a muscular body... but I ALSO want to get to my GW so bad - every time I eat feels like I'm getting further from my goals.  Even having a protein shake after a 5mi run feels like "cheating" even though I know I should eat something!

I'm a personal trainer. I restrict and to keep muscle just make sure you work the muscle groups you want to keep. This cues your muscles into growth mode and therefore you wont lose muscle!

I'm trying to cut and bulk at the same time. A trainer told me recomp is legit and bulking/cutting is bs so I'm gonna go with that. I need more muscle mass though. I don't think it's dysmorphia lol I think I'm just fucking weak.
