A little pack of dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds (I think it was from my mom’s salad pack??? who knows) anyways I’m pretty sure it was high in calories so 🙃🙃🙃

I had 4 chicken meatballs with my pineapple for dinner had to have them so my parents wouldn't freak out. They weren't even that good totally not worth the calories.

I had a protein bar after dinner when I wasn't even that hungry which set me over my calorie limit, and then after that I ate a shitload of french fries while smoking with my friends :/

I just ate a light, 45 calorie cheese stick. This took me right to my limit of 400. I'm not over the count today. However, it's almost 11pm. I didn't need it. I wasn't even that hungry. Now I suddenly have cravings to eat more. I know I ate it as a reaction to being upset because I jumped on the scale and I was 1.6 above my morning weight. It is the end of the day. It makes since that the number is higher. However, I took this to mean that none of my effort is working. Thus, I had a cheese stick and now I am fighting the urge to eat a lot of the food in my apartment. Why do I always want to binge when the scale goes up or stays the same? It's so illogical but it happens every time.

all the effing cheese I had, actually I regret everything I ate because of how many carbs were in it all. my calorie count for the day is 785 but eff I ate so much shitty food

2 small bites of chocolate cake which came to 37 calories. Not a lot but I still hate that I ate it

This massive French Palmer cookie dipped in chocolate. It was fucking amazing but enough calories to be a normie meal (500 calories)

I had 4 fucking suckers for a total of 240 calories. I was probably still under 800 for the day, but JFC those calories were not necessary.

luckily, i was going to have some chips, but decided i needed the weight loss. i calculated 290 for entire today. but 350 to be safe. feeling proud to be going deeper and deeper into my own obsession.  :lol:

I had a high cal day (1400) after 3 weeks on 400-600cals a day. I'd originally planned on going up to 1000 but I had a bit of a chocolate binge. Glad it didn't evolve into a full blown binge, though...

not today but yesterday i regretted eating a forkful of pasta because i then had 4 more forkfuls of pasta then a plate of pasta with cheese on it then some toast and some malt wheat cereal and after i had more toast and then i made some banana pancakes
