Laxatives don't help with weight loss, I take dulcolax though.

Caster Oil. Drink,the whole bottle.

Ingesting castor oil in excess of it's recommended dose can cause ricin toxicity and other dangerous side effects.
1-2 tablespoon is safe, (per dose)

There are young kids who use this site, your advice dismisses the risk of overdose, and they can misinterpret this as a safe-to-abuse laxative

That being said,
Castor oil is a safe, effective laxative, usually without pain and cramps... despite it's caloric content (120 cal/tbsp)

As others have said, you won’t lose weight by pooping but I use Epsom salt to flush (about 2 tablespoons in warm water)

Side note: I prefer Epsom salt to laxatives because (1) it’s less harsh on the body and (2) it’s cheaper to get a kilo bag than buy numerous packets of laxatives

Laxatives remove food waste and water weight. Stimulant laxatives (like biascodyl in dulcolax) work by absorbing water and pushing it through your intestines (hence cramps). I'm afraid you wont lose fat weight from it (just food n drink) and it's a pretry awful experience.

Laxatives does not affect the amount of calories consumed. No fat loss.

The only thing it does is remove what's in your large intestine. Any weight loss is temporary- food/water weight and not actual fat loss.

Have 1 or 2 spoons of Apple cider vinegar. Suppress appetite and it's really good for you.

I drink a bottle of magnesium citrate 1-2 times a week depending on what I eat. No cramps at all. Laxatives dont make you lose weight.

As everyone says, they don't actually help you lose weight. Unless of course you overdose on them so badly you pretty much fuck up your entire digestive system and are unable to digest things properly.

Been there, done that and, trust me, you don't want that

Laxatives helped me lose 10 kilograms, not sure why people think they don't. I take up to 20 per day, then I taper off and go in cycles on them. If you feel fat take a couple you will feel extra skinny and motivated to exercise and eat better. The only thing is, sometimes you get so caught up in the routine of eating badly and knowing you can pop some laxatives and it won't show up on the scales tomorrow morning. So be careful of getting fixated on the effect by going around in circles with your diet.

Oh gosh, don't go down that route. It's not worth the undigested food ripping through your body, the dizziness, or frequent washroom breaks robbing you of sleep in the middle of the night. Just please don't
