I wanted to share my results and what kind of diet I did.
This diet is VERY dangerous. But I was very desperate for faster results. I actually saw this diet on Youtube and I was very motivated to do it.
Obviously I started at a higher BMI. I was 187lb and dropped to 147lb (currently).

This is what I ate. I do not recommend it because the diet is basically no more than 200cal a day.

Day 1 - Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
Day 2 - Any kind of vegatables (no dressings or salt!)
Day 3 - 2 boiled potatoes (no salt!)
Day 4 - 2 boiled eggs (no salt!)
Day 5 - 2 fruits

Then repeat on and on. I cheated a little bit at first because I was super hungry thought. I’ll post pictures when I get down to 127lb :) I know it’s dangerous as fck but I’m so sick of feeling this fat and finally I found a diet that works for me this fast. Have a good day guys.

That's amazing! Just be careful you can still have problems even if you're not underweight.

How much yogurt? And how much vegetables? Where did you find the diet on YouTube, what's it called?

 

I'm eating only 400g of yogurt and eating as much as I want veggies (Idc about the amount since they're low on cals)

And for the diet I found, sadly it's not in English but in my native language. Hope that helped somehow. :)

Am also starting apple n coffee mono diet tommorow.
Want to.loose 20 lbs this month.
PS: are there risks of gaining weight back on your diet?

I've saved money all year to buy nice clothes and not to feel like a pig in them anymore, that's what really keeps me motivated T_T Good luck on your diet! 

And no risk by so far for me, even on my period I still kept losing even though slower. :)

Nope, just going on long walks. And at first, I had no energy but now I'm not feeling that tired. Good luck and be careful!

Ooh ya im in the same boat i went from 205-210 to 130-135 and still going down and only started hardcore restricting in late may and oh boy my body is fucked and im not stopping until im dead

Ooh ya im in the same boat i went from 205-210 to 130-135 and still going down and only started hardcore restricting in late may and oh boy my body is fucked and im not stopping until im dead

from 210 to 130 . GIRL that's so effing amazing T_T good job for real. but please, health comes first :( i bet you look amazing

Thank you c: I didn't drink any diet drinks and for the zero cals - occasionally. :D And be careful with the diet! :)

Yup, you can substitute the eggs with 400g of white meat/veal meat and it needs to be boiled with no seasoning. If you don't eat meat then I guess you can try with 100g of white rice. :)
