I don’t understand why you won’t post before and after pictures now?? it seems kinda suspicious imo 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh well, it's up to you believe or not because I just wanted to share my progress and I said I will post AFTER I hit my goal weight :/

Potatoes turn to sugar way faster than even table sugar or white bread.. this would kick you out of ketosis every single day and cause more lean tissue loss than fat. Also it will keep you feeling like you are starving the entire time :-/

Salt isn’t bad for you, only if you’re eating tons of it and a normal diet.

oh! thanks for explaining it to me :)  I don't feel any hunger after anymore but I'll consider switching the potatoes with something else, thank you again :D

are you able to maintain your current weight/keep off the weight? I want to try this but I’m afraid of gaining it back. Idk how to prevent that :(

yeah, I continue to keep the weight off cause even If I try to eat a normal meal I can't because my stomach has shrunk. 

After you're done with this diet, don't go back to eating like your usual but start with smaller meals then gradually back to your normal

After you're done with this diet, don't go back to eating like your usual but start with smaller meals then gradually back to your normal


oh wow, I love it! this makes sense, I can’t wait to reach a point like you have. At the moment my stomach is a trashcan for junk. Hope to have a small appetite soon. Thank you so much!!!! I’ll definitely do exactly this.

feeling you ;-; be careful tho please! and maybe you can substitute the potatoes with something else(maybe cheese?) because
the person above said they kick you out of ketosis..but it's up to you :)

I might try something like this soon. I gained a ton of weight over the past few months and need to lose it before November first. Trying to get my menu together. My therapist said she'd help me since i have problems with options. Good luck guys. Stay safe.

thank u :) yeah I hit a plateau at 140 lb tho quickly got out of it by eating more cals for a few days then I got back on the diet and started losing again

Nooo, it's not safe for you to exercise on this diet so much!! :( Please take care, you'll surely lose weight even if you exercise/run less than that ;-; Good luck hun, you can do it
