Amazing 😍 I am even more motivated if I do something with someone so if you wanna be my ana buddy, feel free to contact me (is this actually even possible? 🙈😅 I am new here so I do not know exactly how it works 😂) and we can do this together and motivate eachother (that’s what I usually need, support 😅)♥️

I wanted to share my results and what kind of diet I did.
This diet is VERY dangerous. But I was very desperate for faster results. I actually saw this diet on Youtube and I was very motivated to do it.
Obviously I started at a higher BMI. I was 187lb and dropped to 147lb (currently).

This is what I ate. I do not recommend it because the diet is basically no more than 200cal a day.

Day 1 - Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
Day 2 - Any kind of vegatables (no dressings or salt!)
Day 3 - 2 boiled potatoes (no salt!)
Day 4 - 2 boiled eggs (no salt!)
Day 5 - 2 fruits

Then repeat on and on. I cheated a little bit at first because I was super hungry thought. I’ll post pictures when I get down to 127lb :) I know it’s dangerous as fck but I’m so sick of feeling this fat and finally I found a diet that works for me this fast. Have a good day guys.

How is this going?? Have you hit 127lbs yet?
Amazing results 😍😍😍

Did you not finish all of the food you made? This adds up to more than 200 calories. Depending on the fruits and vegetables, I’m getting between 500 and 700 calories.

It probably doesn’t matter since even 700 is still a severe restriction. I definitely want to try this!

At first i was finishing all of the food because i was super hungry (max 140-250cal) but then the hunger disappeared and i struggled eating the same things over and over so i was consuming around 50 cal a day.

Yeah, 700 is still a severe restriction, please stay safe :( and good luck!

Omg, I'll be starting this diet on Sunday! Ideally, I'd like to lose 80 pounds in total so the idea is to do it for three months if I lose at about the same pace as you -not taking into consideration possible plateaus, of course. But I have no idea if I'll be able to keep up with it for 3 whole months... Which is not THAT big of a time frame if you think about it, and 80 pounds sounds sooooo alluring...! Anyway, 40 pounds is pretty great too to begin with, so hopefully I'll be back in about six weeks saying ''I DID IT YOU GUYS!!''

I don't know my current weight cause I haven't weighed myself in over three years. The scale really did rule my life and I hated it, I felt like a prisoner, so I stayed away and don't wanna go back to that. My ED is still going strong though, so I'm very aware of my body and capable of estimating my weight. Right now, I'm guessing it's about 210 lbs and my height is 5'11. Man, those are depressing numbers... But hopefully, carrying so much extra weight will make it come off much more quickly, at least at the beginning!

Good luck to everyone and stay safe!

Russian/Bulgarian here, I'm on this diet now (slightly changed because I was following a Russian model diet before that), it's been almost 10 days and I've lost over 6 KG.
