Omg, I'll be starting this diet on Sunday! Ideally, I'd like to lose 80 pounds in total so the idea is to do it for three months if I lose at about the same pace as you -not taking into consideration possible plateaus, of course. But I have no idea if I'll be able to keep up with it for 3 whole months... Which is not THAT big of a time frame if you think about it, and 80 pounds sounds sooooo alluring...! Anyway, 40 pounds is pretty great too to begin with, so hopefully I'll be back in about six weeks saying ''I DID IT YOU GUYS!!''
I don't know my current weight cause I haven't weighed myself in over three years. The scale really did rule my life and I hated it, I felt like a prisoner, so I stayed away and don't wanna go back to that. My ED is still going strong though, so I'm very aware of my body and capable of estimating my weight. Right now, I'm guessing it's about 210 lbs and my height is 5'11. Man, those are depressing numbers... But hopefully, carrying so much extra weight will make it come off much more quickly, at least at the beginning!
