Okay damn I wanna try this, I’m currently 198lbs and I keep bouncing from 194lbs to 198lbs and just so ready to get out of the 190s so im gonna give this a try, thanks for the tip and sharing how you lost weight

I'm eating only 400g of yogurt and eating as much as I want veggies (Idc about the amount since they're low on cals)

And for the diet I found, sadly it's not in English but in my native language. Hope that helped somehow. :)

 

 

Cool thanks very much for sharing in ENGLISH for us. I think I might do this for a week since Im going away for awhile I want to loose about 30-50lbs if I try. Maybe next week when I have a bit of money to go  food shopping. What is motivating you? How do You spend your free time while on this diet?

I wanted to share my results and what kind of diet I did.
This diet is VERY dangerous. But I was very desperate for faster results. I actually saw this diet on Youtube and I was very motivated to do it.
Obviously I started at a higher BMI. I was 187lb and dropped to 147lb (currently).

This is what I ate. I do not recommend it because the diet is basically no more than 200cal a day.

Day 1 - Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
Day 2 - Any kind of vegatables (no dressings or salt!)
Day 3 - 2 boiled potatoes (no salt!)
Day 4 - 2 boiled eggs (no salt!)
Day 5 - 2 fruits

Then repeat on and on. I cheated a little bit at first because I was super hungry thought. I’ll post pictures when I get down to 127lb :) I know it’s dangerous as fck but I’m so sick of feeling this fat and finally I found a diet that works for me this fast. Have a good day guys.

have you had problems with loose skin? starting at a high bmi and want to do this but i’m worried about loose skin from rapid weight loss. i already plan on getting surgery for it once i reach my ugw but the less i have to deal with....

nope, no problems with loose skin but i would say dont worry about this too much, exercise as much as u can if u think its going to be a (big)  issue

Btw. I’m modifying it as I come from a long-lasting binge cycle and my stomach is SOOOOO stretched, but I’m keeping it mono each day

and are multivitamins okay to take or will it affect the weightloss?

energy level was nonexistent, i was tired on day 3 but i only had to go to school, headaches were only the first and second day of the diet 

yup, multivitamins are okay, u need them and no they don't affect the weightloss at all

i was focused on one thing, i was only thinking about when the time comes when i can eat :D after two weeks of self control and mental boom i started eating less, no appetite but no strenght, no motivation. thank u sweetie
