I really want to do this but my parents force me to eat, does anyone have any excuses I could use (except from im sick because that one does not work) thank you! :)

I think this is at least 500 calories, not 200
I dont eat yogurt so I'm not sure

1 Yogurt 100
1 Vegetables 30
2 Potatoes 220
2 Eggs 120
2 Fruits 100

This is just my head count. Are we talking baby potatoes? Clementine or bananas? I think this is a good plan either way though. It seems very well balanced

She didn't eat all the  food in one day. Its more like Monday:Yoghurt Tuesday: Vegetables... and so on
