Are you stuck in the 150's wishing for nothing more than to see 149 on the scale? Come here and talk about it! Let's support each other down to our next goal <3

 

About me; I have been stuck at 153.6 lbs for MONTHS. Plateauing is bad enough as it is but 150 is a big deal for me; it's my "death weight", the weight I thought I'd kill myself if I ever went past. Welp, guess who shot waaaay past it, all the way to 178? Yup, this girl. Now I'm sooo close to being an "acceptable" weight again but for the life of me I can't seem to shed those last 4 lbs!!!

I got up to 170 again before I started losing again. I gained a lot starting in food service (we got free food at my place) then 20-30lb in college after losing a little bit of food service weight.

 

I've been 155-156 for a little while (nothing like months but I'm still frustrated) and I'm so excited to get to the 140's again. It's been over a year since I've been in the 140's....

 

It's been 9 weeks and I'm down 15lb. I decided to start start restricting again once the first day of summer session started

Been between 155-158 the past 2-3 weeks. Dying to see 149 or below!!

I was 150 before I left for a 3 week long vacation. RIP that. Haven't seen 140's since high school and I'm ready to get back there asap. Glad there are some of us in the same 150's boat! :D

Yes please. Got down to 155.0 last week but binged really bad the whole past week and barely restricted again two days ago. Was up to 165.4 and am back down to 159 again. Gonna take lax tomorrow to get all the binging food weight out and restrict again I need to be 148 by end of September at least

I don't even want to weigh myself today  <_< I've gained 1/2 an inch on my waist and I definitely look fatter.

Whaaaaat, 15 lbs in just one week of bingeing?! That sounds like a nightmare, I'm sorry. Good luck restricting :) 11 lbs in a month sounds tough but doable.


It was only up 10 pounds lol but I did weigh the 165 after I had binged at night and decided to punish myself by weighing myself. Was down to 158.2 this morning and tomorrow I’ll be less after the lax from today

Hey, wondering if I can get in on this! My story is similar to others on here. 150 was my highest the last time I was restricting. I got better for a few years and along with fattening medication got up to 193 (so ashamed). But after quitting those meds my weight has dropped over the years to 170ish.

Anyway, I have relapsed and I am down to 158 as of yesterday, I am hoping to completely smash the 150’s and be out by the end of September at the latest.

158.2 as of today, was 159.4 yesterday. I've been plateauing in the high 150's this week.

That's not as bad, gaining 2+lbs a day just sounded horrible. Nice job on this morning's loss :)

158.2 as of today, was 159.4 yesterday. I've been plateauing in the high 150's this week.

I haven't weighed myself today yet. It's really unlike me to go 2 days without stepping on the scale but I just can't bear the thought of seeing 153.6 on the scale again, or worse, something higher. I've been mildly restricting this week and I've started running again, which I haven't done in weeks. Hopefully I'll hit 149 sometime in September. It's important to me that I maintain the emotional progress I made in recovery so I don't want to lose too quickly or restrict too intensely, but I NEED to get out of the 150's soon.

Sure :) I started at 178 and being 150 or under was my First Goal Weight, before my Ultimate Goal Weight of 135.

I did not weigh myself today. I might weigh myself tomorrow. I had a good day today though 720 calories total. I actually wish it was less but I am trying not to loose to quickly to evade suspicions.

Okay, it is morning now and I weighed myself. 157, so I am down a pound from two days ago.

I'm finally at 154. Almost out of the 150's! Hopefully I can reach the 140s in a few days. 1.8 pounds until a "healthy" bmi, still a long way to go.
