FINALLY
I broke my plateau in the 140’s
I’m 138 now!!!

Is there a “ get out of 130’s thread ???
Or does anyone want to start one?!?!

I am 5'8" tall and now weigh 120 lbs (heading for a GW of 110 lbs). I thought that 120 lbs would be great at my height but I want my legs thinner (they are getting there). When I hit 125 lbs, I went to a US Size 0 which was one of my goals too. I just keep running (the lighter I am, the faster I run).  Congratulations on hitting the 130s. Things will change rapidly as you head toward the 120s depending on how your body is shaped.

130 this morning.  I've gotten off half of the weight I gained this summer in the past week and a half.  Hopefully in another week and a half I'll be making actual progress again.

 

I'm on my period so I'm not losing very quickly bc I'm retaining water rn RIP.

I have been stuck in the 130's for months!!!!!!!!! I am desperately trying to get to the 120's. Fasting works the best for me, but its sooooo hard!!

I’ve hit my goal weight twice already. I know. This thing fucks my head up.

Literally sooo close to finally getting out the 130s, been stuck in here for so long now -_-  Finally dropped down to 131 this morning after plateauing for what feels like forever

I’m about 135(weighting on saturday so well it can be lower or higher) and want to get dawn to 129 till 3 october
I was already 130 past week but i broke the diet. Kill me please.

Oh please!! I am 5'8" and 132.6 yesterday but now back up at 134.4... 😑 ugh. I don't even know how I gained eating 900 cal yesterday, unless it's food and water weight. Im going to go soak in epsom salt to see if I can sweat it out

I saw myself sitting in this fig tree, starving to death, just because I couldn't make up my mind which of the figs I would choose

Currently at 134.6 for days. I want to be 120 by Halloween so I need out of the 130s fast. I did just get my TOM so I’m hoping to have a drop soon.
