I have regurgitated my food for as long as I can remember (maybe 12 years) and I am getting good and tired of it. It is a completely involuntary condition for me, like for example biting your nails. Does anyone have any good experience with stopping this?

nope.. planning on going to the doctor soon to get some tests done but I am not sure what they can do.

I recently went to the doctor about this had a breakdown, red-eyed, ugly crying and balling my eyes out. Left with some pills and an indigestion thing called gaviscon. Didn't really detour me from doing it, I've had it as long as I can remember, though I thought it as some weird secret trick where I could eat food over and over again without ever having to get more. GROSS I KNOW SORRY! But hopefully this works, my dad and aunt also have it so I'm thinking it most run in my family somewhat..
