I'm 5'5" & weights are on the pics.

I got to 119.9 by the end, but I can't seem to find an exact picture for that weight. :/
Found one for 119lbs!!


^yes my feet are together there too. It was a quick body check. But this could be me at 116lbs but I was bloated out to 119 if that counts? -.- (on my "time of month")

This is my fat corpse as I went through all 50 days of the ABC diet.
I'm 5'5" & weights are on the pics.

How tall are you?( If you don't mind me asking ) you looked good at 145 to me.

So it seems like you lose more weight restricting.This was from following the ABC diet very loosely. I gave a 200 interval of the standard deviation honestly.

End weight: not exactly sure sorry but its less than the SW
Final picture is at 112lbs but that's not from a diet just restriction

& I have a picture at 112 but it was taken so awkwardly (because I have scoliosis & I really have to try hard to look like my spine is actually straight through correct posture)

This is from my restriction after the ABC diet. Which is necessary so you don't gain everything back. Which was 1,000-500 calories a day usually. I don't fast anymore because I can't w/o binging.
& I have a picture at 112 but it was taken so awkwardly (because I have scoliosis & I really have to try hard to look like my spine is actually straight through correct posture)

Not much. just walk or jog 5x a week. Sometimes jogging/walking twice a day for 40 minutes each jog/walk.Very impressive. What kind of exercises did you do?
& I'll stand in front of the TV & stretch & yoga is nice too.
I look chubby for my weight.. So maybe doing more will help? idk. Just do whatever exersices you feel like. I've never followed an exercise program.
Just go outside, it actually helps & it's free. Unlike most gyms($$$). CX

That's inspiring that you lost so quickly on the ABC... I might try it hmmmm

I'm not exactly sure but I was basically taking sleeping pills to do fasts. So instead of eating I would sleep and then go to school, get home and sleep again.

i lost 10 pounds w just restricting (under 650 cals a day) but i had like 2 plateaus so it happened within a month
i plan on doing the abc diet tho

Gah, how much do you eat now? Honestly I think you're body was drop dead between 122-109 just wow. I carry my weight weirdly lol even when I was underweight I was still soooo curvy. But yeah, what's your restriction limit?

Starting weight in the first pic is about 177, the second pic was in the 150's I believe, and the most recent one was 140
I still have a long way to go, but this was done through restricting below 700 everyday (usually below 500) and not eating after 6pm, 5 days a week and allowing myself to binge 2 days a week, which keeps me under control the rest of the time.
As for exercise I work a pretty physical job and try to go to the gym at least 3 days a week. I also walk a lot but that is just because I live in the city.
Sooooo yeah that's me
