Does it have to be a specific diet? Or just restriction in general? I've gone down almost 100 lbs now but it's been a while. I reg about half of it twice, but this last time I've lost about 40 or so lbs this year so far and kept it off.

Everyone looks amazing!

I'm 5'5" as well and hoping for a thigh gap once I reach my UGW which hopefully will be in the next couple months I only have 15 lbs to go!

This is from my restriction after the ABC diet. Which is necessary so you don't gain everything back. Which was 1,000-500 calories a day usually. I don't fast anymore because I can't w/o binging.
& I have a picture at 112 but it was taken so awkwardly (because I have scoliosis & I really have to try hard to look like my spine is actually straight through correct posture)

Haeviel -oh my god!! Your results are incredible O_O Your body is so nicely proportioned that IMHO you looked good at any weight, but it's just amazing how quickly your whole body changed. I feel like no matter what I weight, my lower half always looks the same  :angry: I love that you're my height, and even have scoliosis. 104-100 is right around where I want to be, and I would be thrilled if I looked like you.

but lightly and at home 

just jumping and running on place- I was crazy

those of you with scoliosis - do you have that thing where you look kind of unporportionate? my scoliosis is quite severe and left hip goes out more from my waist than my right hip does so it makes me look like i'm way fatter on my left side :(

It's been an embarrassingly long time, actually. 6 years now? The first 4 years or so I'd lose like 40 lbs over a month or 2, plateau, gain back 15-20 lbs, and repeat.

I have trouble remembering right now but this last year I think I was at ~180 and this morning I was 113. (175 was my "never again" weight and it seriously scared me. Binging has stopped, but I don't exercise hardly ever)

My hw was 176 (top pic in stripped skirt ) then I dropped down to 160 (yellow Sports bra) and the Jean & sweatpants picture is me at my current lowest 138 ..... Basically I eat 300 calories of anything mostly oatmeal,apples and egg whites and then I c/s anything I crave ....overall weight loss process took me 3 months

I have very mild scoliosis, but it's caused by hip dysplasia which definitely affects the symmetry of my body. My left hip is higher than the right because it doesn't have the muscular support it's supposed to, resulting in a "drop". Plus during one of my surgeries they took bone from my iliac crest on that side, so even when I'm thin, there's no hip bone on that side. Making it look fatter. So I get what you mean :/
