Starting at the start of my relapse, I guess.
Before (160lbs)
After/Currently (130lbs)
I still have a long, long way to go.
I've been mostly trying to fast during the day (lots of water and coffee) until 7-10pm and then eat one single meal at night. And then alternating with having one meal in the morning and one at night and not exceeding 800 calories.
Exercising includes: zumba, modified sit-ups, modified squats, different leg lifts, and russian twists.

I just water fast for 2 weeks to a month and then try to maintain on 500 to 800

do you mind to share your stats?
so you basically repeated this regimen every month? how long did it take you to reach your current weight?

Just shy of six months. At 160 I was still attempting to breastfeed and not restricting as much, so it's been a slow loss.

I'm very short!!! 5" . I just basically ate only an orange everyday for 2 months.
Wow, you look perfect! Did your transformation only take 2 months by eating only 1 orange everyday?
Did you exercise? And how did you have energy to go to school/work? I'm afraid I'll pass out by just eating 1 orange everyday I hope you'll answer me

Thank u hun! Yes, two months- two and a half. I didn't exercise at all, I barely leave home tbh haha... zero energy. Oh and ofc I had my large coffee for "breakfast".
Well, you are my new inspiration If I eat so little I feel very sick and I almost faint... I don't understand how you manage it, wish I could do it too! I hate coffee, but I think I have to learn to like it
Edit: Did you got sick and faint? What did you do? The only thing that helps me is to eat, but that ruins my weightloss....

If I eat so little I feel very sick and I almost faint... I don't understand how you manage it, wish I could do it too! I hate coffee, but I think I have to learn to like it

Yesss I felt so numb and sick all the time but honestly I didn't care. I wanted a skinny body. I barely get out so I didn't need energy, just to "stay". Haha. The only time I fainted was months later when I turned in a binge-fast circle... after a big binge after fasting for a week I fainted in the shower Idk why, my body turned crazy lol.
