I was 114 just a short time ago.. Fml. Gotta get outta the 120's - who's with me??? I was 123.6 this morning.

I'm 5'6" - my ideal weight is 115 or a little under.

I had just made it to the "underweight" range for my bmi 😭

Omg you and I are like exactly the same.
I was between 112 and 115 and now I'm bouncing between 120 and 125. I'm 5'6 too. But I need to get back to that.

I was between 112 and 115 and now I'm bouncing between 120 and 125. I'm 5'6 too. But I need to get back to that.

I just felt like that weight range was the perfect balance of feeling pretty good about myself (for once) and not having co-workers/friends/family totally breathing down my neck about being too skinny. I mean, I'd totally love to be thinner than that (who doesn't want to be skinnier on here) but I just don't have as much time as I used to to work out so realistically I know it's not gonna happen for me.

I had a successful fast today, which I know doesn't work for a lot of people that are prone to binging, but it usually sets me back on course. Hopefully I can keep that momentum going now. I hope we can both get to where we want to be ❤️

No B/P today! Went for plain cheerios instead of baked ziti my family made.
I just need to remind myself that it's not impossible, I made my goal weight before and I can do it again. 🤗💜

Oh my. I'm also 5'6" and I'm supposed to be 122-123lbs (not sure which one because I keep bouncing back and forward ) and I've been like this for quite a while and damn. It's so frustrating and demotivating working out and restricting but still not losing. So now I don't restrict but I definitely should do it once again and try to keep myself motivated even though I don't see progress

same here!
im 5'6 and im right under 120 now. but binging doesnt help, so it fluctuates between 114 and 120 these days. sometimes its between 125 and 120 if the binging gets bad. fml

i was 114 also and then gained a lot back because I was training for running. now I'm back down to 121, 122ish but have been so bad since thanksgiving. i have to restart tomorrow and hope to be under 120 by the time i go on christmas vacation

I'm 5"2 and been stuck at 122 forever 😔 I never thought I could hate a number as much as I hate 122. Evening typing it makes me angry because I see it every morning.

I’m 5’10” and I can’t seem to get past 122, what I would give to see 119 on the scale!

I’m getting there...slowly. Today I bought some chocolate because I haven’t had it in awhile and I really wanted to eat all of it, but I stayed within my calorie limit for the day and just had a piece!
Think I weigh around 123

127 when I started. I have no scales yet but I intend to get to 112-115 but I want to be really in shape. Going to start weight training tomorrow. I am sure I’ve lost because I feel a lot smaller and my pants are pretty loose.

Guys. So last night I went over to my best friend’s apartment, and keep in mind I had already eating my calories for the day.

So my friend and another close friend of mine wanted to order pizza around 1am! I was like sure that’s cool but I’m not hungry so I won’t have any.

That pizza smelled so good but I resisted and tbh I’m really glad I did because it would’ve been gone by now anyway and I would’ve just regretted it.

It always feels waaay better to resist and be proud of myself, than to taste the amazing food and have regret later. I think Kate Moss said it best - nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. I wish I could follow that more often than I do

Nice!! It always feels so good to make a healthier choice.
It's definitely possible to get back, and easier than we're thinking, I bet!! I dipped under 120 but now I'm back there again. My period is contributing a few pounds, I'm sure. I really shouldn't try to weigh myself until next week, but it's my morning routine that I just can't seem to give up.
