Oh my. I'm also 5'6" and I'm supposed to be 122-123lbs (not sure which one because I keep bouncing back and forward ) and I've been like this for quite a while and damn. It's so frustrating and demotivating working out and restricting but still not losing. So now I don't restrict but I definitely should do it once again and try to keep myself motivated even though I don't see progress

I'm sure you could do it! Have you thought about changing up your workout, since it wasn't giving you results? Currently I do cardio twice a week, and strength training at the gym twice a week. That really works for me. Either way, good luck!
