i really want to get out of the 130s so i will be closer to my GW of 110. today i weighed myself and i currently weigh 139.6 so i’m freshly out of the 140s range. i was thinking about starting a thread/group for people who want to get out of the 130s so i won’t be alone? i’m going to be doing a mix of low restriction and high restriction, idk for how long tho. i just really wanna get out of the 130s cause i feel like once i hit the 120s i’ll lose weight faster, my system works in weird ways. but anyway if anybody else wants to join feel free! just please stay as safe as possible, if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask:)

I'm 137 after an attempt at recovery, and I can't wait to get out of the 130s! Currently doing a mix of high restriction and liquid fasting. Today is my first liquid fast day after my recovery attempt, and I'm feeling great! As sick as it is, I've missed this.

i understand what you mean by missing it. i tried twice to recover with professional help and relapsed both times, because i couldn’t bear the thought of living my life without my disorder, as crazy as it sounds.

Hi,
I'm too 130 lbs after some time in recovery.
I still can't believe I gained so much weight.
I know that for me the first lbs are the worst to lose.

Let's motivate each other!

Let's motivate each other!

the first few pounds are always hardest for me to lose, too! when i first developed my ED i weighed around 160 pounds (this was almost two years ago when i developed it) and i noticed getting out of the 160s was hard, then once i hit the 150s i dropped weight pretty rapidly, but once i hit 140 i was/still kind of am at a plateau. i feel like once i get past 137 i’ll lose the weight quicker tho. we will see.

i’m doing a mix of low restriction and high restriction so it depends. yesterday i ate around 450 (low restriction) and the day before i ate around the same. today i plan on eating around 800-1000 (high restriction) to prevent a binge

I'm eating under 800 calories, but yesterday I ate 700 calories.
I'm doing 30 minutes cardio a day and if I'm feeling well I do an hour.

high and low res too, but only because I keep "binging" and eating 500-1500, usually I stay under 600 though. I've been fasting n res extra low lately and still not losing plus exercising. :/
