i’m so frustrated:/ when i woke up earlier i weighed myself and was 137.6 like i said above, i ate a 150 cal breakfast then about 30 minutes ago ate a 230 cal lunch. i weighed myself before i took a shower, i weighed 138, which i understand is probably food weight, but when i got out and weighed myself again i’m at 139 again! i haven’t even eaten that much today, only 380 cal (yogurt for breakfast and pizza for lunch) i don’t understand how i could’ve gained almost 2 pounds in food weight. idk, i’m very frustrated and upset:(

Was your hair still wet when you weighed after you showered?? That totally adds weight!

I relate, I'm currently trying to get to 120 and then 100. 

I've been eating 300-500 calories but I'm not very good at working out :(


 STATS: age:18  height:5'5"             

             highest weight: 140 lbs

             lowest weight: 100 lbs

             goal weight 1: 130 lbs

             goal weight 2: 120 lbs

             goal weight 3: 100 lbs

136.2 this morning, I am gonna hit the gym hard after class and stick to 1100 calories today so my net should ideally be 700. Really trying to drop over 1lbs overnight cuz i've been pretty consistently losing .5 a day and that is not fast enough for me but I still need to eat enough to have energy to run.

Of December 1st I am 135.4, and I promise myself and all of you now that once I go under 135 this week I will never go back over it and be closer to 140 than 130 ever again in my life. Ive been up and down between 135-142 all of 2018 and I want to end the year being MAX 133 (9 and a half stone).

CW:  61.0 kg  / 134.5 lbs

134.5 today. Gunna high restrict for a few days to make sure that I don't gain back over 135, as every time I've gone under the halfway mark this year I've binged it all back  :blink:

Still at 139.2 today. I’m super okay with that. I broke my keto and ate some homemade chili last night and the night before that had around 1200 calories so I was super sure I would gain. Almost ordered Taco Bell last night- so glad I didn’t!!!! Plan on fasting and drinking as much water as I can today.

Have crept up to 135.4 over the last 3 days despite being in a good deficit, it will just be water weight or something ss I have lifted weights, so should be back under 135 soon

I'm here currently plateauing at 138, have been for a few weeks now. At least have the time its 138.6, I've come to really hate this number.

This morning tho I was 138 on the dot weighing with clothes on. Which gives me hope and if I can just not fuck up for a little bit longer.. Once I break this plateau, I'm gonna zoom down to 129 if I have to fast to do it. 

okay not really, I can't fast for shit lol

I’ve never been below 130– I always almost end up getting there, but then binges happen and fuck it up. I’m at 132 rn though— hopefully I’ll be able to get below this time!

I’m gonna have a weigh in around December 23rd!! Hopefully by then I’m around 130~. Last time I checked I’m around 135. I’ll check back here once the time comes. Otherwise, good luck everyone and stay safe!

The scale I was using called me Overweight so I want to die.
