I have been stuck in the mid 130's for months-I want to be in the 120's so bad I am only 5'1 so I feel huge and fat right now. I have tried everything but my weight will not budge.

Joining at 135.4. I should be able to get out of the 130s by the new year, but christmas is going to make that challenging.

  • I'm in. Starting at 139.
  • Been working on Recovery all year- have gained 13 pounds. I'm feeling better in a lot of ways, but cannot stand existing in my body at my current size when I know what it feels like to exist in a smaller body. 
  • I'm not aiming for tons of weight loss, because I don't wanna lose my mind again (and my hair starts falling out when i get to the 120s) but I wanna get back to 130. 
  • So I'm hoping to shed about 9 pounds

Stats:

HT: 5'7"

HW:175(Pre-ED) 

LW: 126.8

Recovery Weight: 148.4

CW: 143.2

GW:136

I’m 139 right now, I’ve been stuck here for a while. I only just relapsed so no progress yet. Yesterday I probably ate over 1000 calories (I had a burger, fries, and two pieces of chocolate and two cookies). The day before I ate a lot but I purged. Today I’ve had 700 and I might eat one more time today but I’m gonna try to not.
I’m sick of not making progress. I need to start working out regularly. And keeping to 900 calories
My goal is to get at least to 130 right now, maybe 120 if I make good progress

I didn’t know this thread existed! Cool. I weighed in at 132.4 lbs. today, and only ate 573 calories today. I haven’t done much exercise today, I just walked my dog in the morning. Maybe I’ll do some calisthenics and treadmill running before I go to bed. I’m hoping to be out of the 130’s by the end of the week.

Yay a thread for me!! Haha I am similar to you guys, I started last week at 140 and weighed myself this morning after my first pee and I was 131.6! So close! I’ve been low restricting and some of it is probably water weight but my goal is 125 for Christmas. We can do it!

Wow you are SO close! You can def make 125 by Christmas, or at least dip into 120's.

I got to 136 today. Definitely water/food weight but any progress feels good. I'm supposed to go to a party tomorrow so it's gonna be a binge day but maybe if I drink a shit ton of water I won't bloat too much

im 139 rn and soo want to be out of the 130s by the end of winter vacation (around jan. 10th~~) in 20 days i can do it i guess....hh

all my life i've been struggling to get out of the 150's 160's

i'll get out of this too.

As of today, I weigh 128.8 pounds! I got out of the 130's by the end of the week, just like I wanted. ^_^

Weighing in at 130. 5lb weight gain since coming OFF birth control (of course with my luck I gain instead of losing like everyone else). Hoping to get back to 125 within the next 3 weeks. I’m currently trying the DODO diet (eating every other day). Anyone have any experience with it?

Currently 134lbs. Lowest I've been since I last posted is 130lbs. Really sick of these last 5 lbs that just won't come off. Any advice would be appreciated

My gw is 110 as well and I’m currently somewhere In the 120s i think. Good luck

I’ve been stuck at around 136 - 139 for months and I’m sick of it, I just started a fast and I’m hoping I can keep it up for at least a day
