I want to become more muscular. I used a body fat calculator recently and got 19.4% but I think it is wrong. I think I may be what is considered 'skinnyfat' and that's why it misreads. Recently I've been trying to eat regular and do more heavy exercise but then now I'm more relapsing into ana. Please help does it sound like I may have this?

Think I may have some form of this?

Get yourself a scale that measures body fat, take one that has electrodes for feet and hands. unfortunately it's really hard to measure body fat correctly. 19,4% is really good for a female, i wouldn't try to lose any more weight bc it will be muscles. try to not eat simple carbs and your body fat will stay fine.

If you are at 19% body fat you are super low body fat. This is my measurement as well.
I trust it even though I also feel like my body is "squishy" or "fluffy" rather than toned. I have to trust it so I don't completely lose it.
How toned you look may depend on your overall BMI also.
