Saggy breasts are usually caused by excess skin; weight loss does not tighten, but contribute to then sagging as they have less filling inside of them.

You just have more skin than fat and tissue in your chest; I heard specific exercises can help that target your chest.

Good luck. X

Thank you for the answer! I hate this :((

While my boobs are no where near perky they used to be a lot saggier. My best advice: building the muscles around your chest and shoulders. MOISTURIZE, daily is best but after every shower is perfectly fine, with a good moisturizer too, like pre sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, or shea butter. Stop wearing underwire bras, stick to sports bras that aren't binding and bralettes that fit well.

This I made years ago but couldn’t find and now I did so I just checked out the answers and replied? I guess I’m making threads for the same reason as anyone else, needing some positivity and light I suppose

You're welcome.
You know, if a girl is drop dead gorgeous, guys are intimidated actually. No one has the balls to talk to her.

What you have to do is learn to love yourself more, as you are. To build that confidence up iregardless of looks.
And yes of course, apply those advices regarding the boobs so as to improve their appearance and to not further obsess about it. To give you peace of mind, make you feel that you have done all you could.
Lifestyle. Because genetics and hormones cannot do much there.

And remember, guys like all boobs :D All of them: shapes, sizes, colors.

I love this xx

LOL!

As dumb as it sounds, it’s kinda been an addiction to me. I needed that constant relief and happiness in an otherwise totally depressed being. I honestly never took into account that it might be annoying, I guess it’s true depression makes you selfish. It’s the only thing that made me feel good. But I’ve started therapy and medication now and do realize I need to kinda let that go. So yeah I’m sorry

No, I’m sorry! I was laughing all in good fun. I didn’t mean to be offensive! Trust me I’m concerned about my saggy boobs or would not have clicked on the thread. We all have body spots that we feel are “problem area”. Mine is my thighs and stomach!

My breasts grew quite quickly in middle and high school and became very large and plump, like to the point that I almost wanted to have them surgically reduced they were so big, but I was also very overweight. When I started restricting my senior year of high school they began getting smaller (as most women will tell you, tits are the first thing to go). At this point as a 21 year old my breasts have severe ptosis (sagging) from the very rapid weight loss from my most recent AN relapse and now being at my LW ever. They pretty much look like two tube socks 1/3 filled with rice dangling off my chest. :’) Based upon my research, the only thing you can really do (at least in cases as bad as mine) is to have a breast lift because it’s literally just a ton of loose skin. But since nobody is looking at my nude body I just wear a nice bra or go bra-less and enjoy looking like a tomboy because my tits sag so close to my torso. :’)
