Wow congrats on the long run! It is beautiful iv run 12 miles so far this week sunday to today I really want to get an hour run in but its likely to only be about 5miles which isnt great. Ill let you know how it goes
. Way to go again.
That’s great though!! It’s taken me years to get up to running this much and this far. What stats do you mean? Weight and all?

Yes mine are in my sig , im just curious i want to loose another 20lbs.
That’s awesome!! I got my scale taken away recently so I don’t know exactly how much I weigh currently but I would guess around 117-120 at 5’4’’ I can only take my measurements right now which are bust: 32 waist: 23 in hips: 30 thighs: 20 in (ugh) arms: 9 in calves: 12 in

Your at around my goal wieght since running i havnt lost anything which im kinda shocked about I think it must just be due to muscle growth in exchange for fat loss so it looks even but really im getting leaner ?... i hope, this is what im telling myself anyway. Once i increase distance and do 6 or more miles regularly i will see more wieght loss.
Yeah that def could be the case! I’ve been working out a lot and lifting so I’m definitely a leaner 117-120 then I have been in the past because I have more muscle I think. But I didn’t run today :/ my legs were pretty sore from yesterday so I just did some light cardio on the arc trainer at the gym

Thats awesome do you restrict are you exclusively a an excersizer ? I try to restrict but also b/p who knows what id really be called. Just slightly new to everything so idk if its tabo to be asking all these questions let me know.

Iv been restricting to 300-500 kcals and to run 2miles or more a day .wish i could stop eating all together.
I used to restrict like that! But I’ve found high restricting + exercise is more manageable for me. I reallllllyyy need to get me eating on track though and lower my cal intake. How do you manage to keep yours so low?
