Nice!! Today I ran 1.15 mi in 9 minutes. Not the best, but also not my worst.
I'm just getting back into running.

Didn’t time today but I did 1.5 miles this morning, I have another 1.5 planned after work. Just slowly easing into a good routine after this crappy winter lockdown. Hoping to make it back up to 20 miles per week within the next few months :)

Been losing weight steadily over the last few months and I finally felt the difference while running today. Uphill was easier, felt lighter, recovery a little quicker. Its Incentive enough to keep going

Yesterday: 9 miles, 1:22, 9:09/mile pace

6 mi on Monday, cross training yesterday, and 7.5 mi at 8 min/mi pace today. Feeling good mostly... Racing the 5k at a track meet on Saturday so we’ll see how it goes, I’m excited!

2.2 miles today, hot girl summer is approaching so i really gotta get it in gear and do at least 2.5 ugh. hope everyone is doing well and keeping up with it:)

5 miles yesterday, 9:01 pace, and then intervals today. 3x500m, 1:50, then 1:52, then my coach challenged me to stay with the fast pack for the final one and i ran 1:45  :D then  5x300m, all between 1:00 - 1:01, and a mile warmup + 0.5 cooldown. have a race on saturday where i'm racing the 1600, the 800, and maybe the 4x400m depending on how tired i am - my coach wants me to run 5:5x for the mile which seems fast to me  :blink:
