It was raining today, but it was one of those rainy runs that are somewhat pleasant...20'C no wind, birds singing, and all the the trees and flowers were so colourful and lush.

One is too many and 1000 is never enough.

Lighting new cigarettes,
Pouring more drinks.
It has been a beautiful fight.
Still is.

OMG thanks!!! That's really made my day, what a lovely thing to say to someone that they inspire you, honestly thank you <3 but also there are many many people on this thread much faster than me!! But you did make my day and I appreciate that and you, so thank you!

Yesterday:
6.75 miles, 8:25 /mile, outside this time rather than at the gym - it goes so much faster when running outside, but it rained and im pathetic.. a constant debate in my head is whether to run outside or inside aha.

<3!!!! I am glad, I just saw your post and was like YES GOALS. Glad I could brighten your day

Haven't been doing as much because I started fasting again but yesterday I pushed in at least a 20 minute walk/run. Even a little one is really pumping up the weight loss so I am going to continue as long as I don't pass out. lol

it's been awhile since you felt right,

but the warm nights are coming soon

and you'll be just fine,
