Id like to be able to eat more but my mind set has changed i have a lot more fear foods now.

I will usually try to eat a bowl of baked veggies or spinach salad with 0cal dressing around 1 then a bowl of salad and low cal homemade soup around 6or 7. The soup is about 50-100 cals the salads are around 75- 100cals .. yesterday i ate around 400 with the 2mile run

Im down and exstatic celebrating with a long run tonight !! Maybe 5miles? Hope i van get there if not ill do 3. I push a double stroller and have my dog with me so i should burn an extra cals too either way.

Its sunny but chilly i will be running around 5pm so wont be that great more cold than anything.
I'm on the east coast so it's pretty cold this time of year but tomorrow should be about 60 which is out of the ordinary for this time of year so it'll be a nice treat

Oh ok nice do you get any snow where your at? Im in cali I have to head north to get snow.
Yess we do I live in Pennsylvania, outside Philadelphia. We usually have a couple snow days every winter

Oh I bet its beautiful! I love snow wanted to up this winter but havent. Tahoe is beautiful blanketed in snow. Id love to see that on a long run Im sure its freezing tho. I dont have much warm running clothes so it can be a pain sometimes. Do you run in a plethera of warm jackets clothes ect? I notice i sweat less running in the cold.
Sometimes I'll run in layers of clothing, but I kind of hate the cold so I'll often run on a treadmill during the winter, although I don't enjoy that much

I tend to run shorter distances but with faster times when I use the treadmill, I can do long distance but I have to have the right motivation and energy for the most patt I run on the street. I did 2.5 yesterday total 19.5 miles this week sund.-mond. Hopefully Ill do better this week
That's great for the week I didn't end up doing the long run today, too hungover from last night lol but did some cardio at the gym.

hey youre both such good runners!! the most ive ver run in one go is 3.25 mi in around 28 minutres or so. im running later today and aiming for 40 minutes straight and around 4,1+ miles. i run indoors though and laps can really get to me
do u guys use music/ mantras? when you run?
just ran 42 min, at least 3.9 mi
thats my longest run evet
That's awesome!! Great job And it took me a long time to run for long periods of time so don't be discouraged! I listen to my running playlist I made usually. Occasionally I'll listen to podcasts lol
