7 miles again yesterday, 59.34 mins 8.31 min/mile, it felt impossible though despite it being a slowly pace. I was planning for 10 miles but actually felt like I was going to die, I didnt eat much yesterday, but not massively less than usual so idk maybe I just had a bad running day. Hopefully today is a better day.

super slow today my friend and i ran 2 miles again, but we had to stop a lot more, and so our pace was like 9:17/mile which was unfortunate. it was really pretty though so that was cool! tomorrow i'm hoping to run to a park near my house and perhaps check out some trails there, which should put me around 3 miles

I broke in new Adidas Supernova shoes by walking to Target to buy some running sole inserts, even thought the shoes are comfortable and I probably don't need them, but since I am overweight, I want to protect my knees as much as a possible as I try to run walk.
I think I walked 1.5 miles today.
Also, I bought some "bootleg" FitBit for $39, because my cellphone is almost 4 years old where the newer Fitbits is not compatible for my phone. The electric pedometer isn't ass high-tec as a Fitbit but at least it does steps, heart rate, body temperature and is water resistant. I need to check it out tonight to see if it is compatible with my phone because the box really doesn't say.

250: new black sexy panties

210: sort and donate unwanted jewelry in my closet
200: buy some new perfume
My current challenge: International Dance Day challenge for Thursday, April 29, 2021. My goal is to have a more flexible and graceful ballet type of body during the winter time and possible 2nd Covid-19 lockdown in the United States. Also, I will be incorporating run/walking outdoors as well as much as I can as long as it isn't extreme freezing and snowy weather.
Diet plan: I don't want to focus on any particular diet at the moment, but I know for sure I will mostly eat two meals a day, because that is all my body wants: breakfast and a late lunch/early dinner. Also I attempt to eat nothing but whole, non-processed foods. I will make an effort to cook and bake more, which will force me to only eat from home mostly. Also, carry flavored water and a little bag of mix nuts to consume when away from home in order to avoid fast food places.
The link is here: https://www.myproana...etc/?p=73534693
This is my REALISTIC ideal body type, from being morbidly obese, for International Dance Day, on Thursday, April 29, 2021 (5 months challenge): Basically, I have no choice to but to be thick in the hips and thighs, but I want to get rid of my protruding, hanging belly in order to look like this girl. Once I reach this body type goal, then I find another body type I can try to attain.

Today I set out to just go 6-7k because it snowed, I'm on hour 20 of my fast right now, and I was running out of daylight, but I ended up running 10.56km / 6.56 miles in 50 minutes with my fastest 10k at 47:27 in there!! I had an overall 4:45 min/km pace aka 7:39 min/mile pace
I kept up my streak over the weekend too:
Saturday: 7.1 km / 4.4 miles in 34 minutes
Sunday: 6.5 km / 4.05 miles in 31.5 minutes

5.3 miles yesterday in 44:33, 8:20 min/mile, very slow and I immediately fainted and face planted the treadmill afterwards. Very embarrassing and now I have a black eye and cut on my lip, the gym gave me a free gaterade tho so pros and cons there.

Omg that sounds scary! Treadmills have always kinda scared me for this exact reason; I tripped over the front once and they just keep going Free stuff is always nice though, and I hope your face heals quickly!

Awesome! How do you have the energy to run that much and fast while fasting?
