Here are my results after calorie restricting on and off for about a year. I went from 225 lbs to 150 after applying a combination of fasting, under 500 cal meals, one meal a day, some attempts at the ABC diet, and more. There was a lot of binging and fluctuation but overall the weightloss proceeded. My before and after pics are below. I dont have many pics of me at my heaviest because duh. Overall I feel like I have become a healthier and more active person.
