I would love to get under 17, but my husband would never let it happen. The moment I hit 19, he starts making noise. My frame is huge, so 19 looks like 17 on me, which is both a blessing and a curse. And honestly, I can’t imagine what it would do to my children to see me go that low. They would definitely be scared! So I just end up cycling between 18 and 21. Maybe when they go to college, I’ll finally get below 17. Only another twelve years!
Sounds like me ... just my wife not my husband.

it seems it sometimes never leaves us. if not now, a time in the future. Thinking deeply about that, is it what I would like? to hope to be restricting in a decade or 5 years? I think I personally would not like that. xI would love to get under 17, but my husband would never let it happen. The moment I hit 19, he starts making noise. Oh I like her!! I couldn't watch 'bend it like beckham' without being fixated on what her bones looked like, if I could see them etc etc. her size aside though, I am still a fan. I am glad to see she has gained z bit actually. That's just a thing I notice and well, I feel a bit creepy saying more about her weight. Her acting is nice to watch.Well Keira Knightly is 18.64 so I’d be ok with that. My personal goal is 17.

I forgot about that movie! I like the thinner look because to me it’s an androgynous look. Especially when my relationships exhaust me and I forget who I am. I think that’s why I avoid curves when I’m setting weight goals.

I've always tried to keep myself right at 18.5. This keeps people from bitching so much because then I can point out that I'm not underweight, so leave me alone.

18.5 -19.0
I want to maintain perfectly within that range. I'm a medical professional and I want very much to be a good role model, but I don't think anyone would ever say that BMI is too big.
Editing to add that I was down below 12 at one point and I carry a low BMI well.

Desired BMI: 16.5
I'm not sure I'd be able to sustain that desired BMI and function. The closest I got to it was 17.3 in 2013.
Extra tall but over 40, so time will tell.

Don't know if it's because of bone structure and amounts of muscle, but I have pretty prominate bones. I'm not a big fan of bonespro much prefer the fitspro look. Going to take some serious work to lose whilst keeping some flesh on them bones.

I'm in a bit of a minority then lol. I'm currently at 26 but only want to get to around 21. I'm nearly 5'9" and at 22.5 previous lW I got lots of unwelcome comments of looking gaunt and having lost to much weight.

I am in a similar head space. My lw left me emaciated. My ugw is seven pounds higher than that. My BMW will be higher than 18.5 but lower than what my psychiatrist says is a minimum healthy weight for me. I am 3 lbs away from ugw and starting to talk myself into lowering my urge by just a couple more pounds. I can't decide if thinking that 2 more pounds should go is a rational goal or if it just indicates that I am disordered as hell.

I would love to be right between 18.5-19 that would be perfect. It would give me room to say to people but I'm not technically underweight so you cant yell at me - but it would give me wiggle room too. And it would be my ultimate all time lowest BMI too. I can dream right? I will get there this time though - i am perfectly seriously determined. Nothing will stop me. Nothing at all. I'm eating enough so i won't die, getting enough nutrients so my body is happy - and not over exercising to get there either - so i just gotta be patient. Over 17kg to go though - f***ing fatass that i let myself become listening to all the body positive bullshit from others.
Edited to add - I know my ticker says otherwise - but that is small goals to boost my self esteem.

My current bmi is 17,6 and in a way I want to maintain, but at the same time I´d like to go just a little bit lower. The only downside right now is that my butt has gone completely flat.
