I didn’t eat my favourite food that was scheduled because it would match my TDEE. That’s a big one for me usually I’m obsessed with it but too scared to outbid in weight.

Went into the kitchen to allow myself a small meal after completing a successful day of fasting. Saw my dad bought me vegetarian burgers in the fridge... (i know they are for me because he knows I’m the only one that eats them) only 90 calories but I refused to eat them because my first thought was “he knows I like these, he’s TRYING to get me fat!” So I chopped up lettuce and cucumber with a tablespoon of Italian dressing, ate half of it and went to bed.

Planned my meals. Ate under 600. Freaked out. Couldn’t see my ribs. Purged. Blood sugar has dropped so I’m dizzy. Had some medication and now I’m in bed. It’s 15:30

Well I'm only 20 minutes into the day. I have a medical procedure that requires me to drink 24oz of water... My dumb ass decided to drink MORE in order to stave off hunger pains.

Didn't want to get out of bed for a few hours as I was terrified to weigh myself (after coffee fasting and then being forced to have a salad and ice cream by my boyfriend the day after) but I finally weighed myself as I though If I DID gain it would make me trigger myself and try harder. I lost weight anyway but I'm going on another fast soon anyway.

Ate 900 cal yesterday. weighed 1.2 lbs heavier this morning. Felt guilt, took lax, planning on fasting today & tomorrow. Fun stuff.

Got anxious for a moment thinking that if the dishes weren't cleaned well enough before I used them, calories from whatever was last in it would get into my food. That's probably completely ridiculous, but it's actually still making me feel a little nervous,,,,,,
