I had planned to go out with friends today, cancelled, but told my partner I had a huge lunch with them so I wasn't hungry for dinner.

weighed myself, didn't like the number so then i weighed myself naked, and then weighed myself again after i came home from classes to see if walking around and not eating made a difference.

Put on baggy clothes bc I was feeling fat, rejected food from my friend, went home early bc I have no energy but proceeded to take a 30 minute walk when I got there. Still haven't eaten

Ate the same amount of calories for lunch as were in my coffee that was breakfast today. And I'm going to burn off three times that in a workout class in a little bit

Went to the shop bought a milkshake smoothie two rice puddings. Swiped the drinks in mouth and spat out in loo of hospital where I work. Didn’t give a shit ppl cud hear they might think I got diarrhoea eh 😆 Then chewed and spat the rice pudding into the bottle and shoved in the sanitary bin. Spat for fifteen mins to check nothing swallowed, swirled out mouth with Diet Coke. Went back to work ate 2 6 cal sugar free jellies n four diet cokes then went into a meeting and tried to pretend I’m a grown up with a responsible job

A coworker asked me what I was gonna eat today when I got home & I started naming off foods & how many calories were in each food, not on purpose, mostly to myself & because it’s honestly just second nature to me at this point to say the cal count after naming a food

Made lunch hoping no one would come in while I was eating so I wouldn’t hear any comments. Then, not even half way through my food, my family came home and I low key hid my food out of embarrassment.

I always do this because it usually drops by like a pound by the time I get home.

Had sparkling water instead of lunch and again instead of dinner, planned out exactly what I'll eat tomorrow and when to keep calories low and avoid a binge.
