Drank 4 cups of coffee, even though I fucking hate coffee, just because it makes me nauseous enough to lose my appetite for a while.

weighed myself and was about 500g heavier than yesterday did binge late at night, stupid i know so im so gonna take a long as* walk to burn some calories!!

Had a dream I woke up too late to do my full run before work. Cried and checked every clock in the house while trying desperately not to wake my husband... then stayed up til it was time to run just in case. Sleep? I don’t know her.

Realized I could see my ribs from behind and loved it but at the same time realized I haven’t been trying to restrict lately I’ve been doing it unconsciously and that freaks me out

Bought food to leave in my car so it would smell like food, so my partner would believe me that I’d eaten when I threw it out right before I got home. 👌🏻

i was allowed to eat 900 calories but i only ate 590

Spent three hours researching the nutritional info from all my favourite restaurants and writing it all out in a notebook so I can carry it around with me haha and also just to waste time so I don’t binge

Asked my family what brand of food our dinner was. pretending like I asked bc it was good so I wanted to know. actually I just wanted to calculate calories more accurately without suspicion. I have reached into the garbage can to scan barcodes before though.


Oh my god I always do this and I feel so sneaky and smart hahah I’m just like casually oh that’s so cool where did you get the salmon?
And then every so often, ‘I wonder how heavy this banana is? Should we find out?’ Just so I can weigh it without suspicion lol

got told i should be eating around 2500 calories a day and that day my calorie intake was 624. i felt a rush of dopamine and i was so proud that i was restricting that much.

Ate:

 

- Between my dad going to work and my mum getting up.

- When my mum went out for a walk.

- When they'd both gone to bed.

 

I feel so self conscious eating around others, at the moment I only do it if I can't avoid it basically.


"Insanity is a logical response to an insane world".

 

Stereotypes have their place but life is a Spectrum and if you don't see that you miss out on so many of the colours.

Woke up 12 hours ago. Laid in bed the whole time aside from getting up to have my Daily Protein Shake to keep my hair from falling out and a small portion of pasta with my family. I have an essay and a programming assignment due at midnight and neither have even been considered.

I might take a cold shower then try to clean my room.
