i ate 270 cals and paced a lot hehe nothing that extreme yesterday i walked 20 k steps tho

bought a baker's dozen of amazing donuts for my family and didn't eat one. i told them i "ate" one on the way cause i was so hungry.

Bought a ton of binge food. Went home. Binged and threw it up. Then ran on the treadmill to burn off the calorie total of the healthy meal prep I've been planning to eat since Sunday. Decided I could wait and eat supper tomorrow. Hoping I procrastinate eating so long that the food I made goes bad.

Also started new classes today. A bunch of people I haven't seen in a while commented on how skinny I've gotten and I denied it. And I'm currently faking recovery in front of my whole family.

weighed myself, didn't like the number so then i weighed myself naked, and then weighed myself again after i came home from classes to see if walking around and not eating made a difference.


I do this. I weigh before the gym, after, and after work.

fasted until dinner through a shift at work on my feet for six hours

paced as much as possible during work to get my steps higher (got to 10k yeet)

about to write down all my calories for the day in my notebook lol

easily the most anorexic thing i did today was attempt to google how many calories are in my birth control.  :rolleyes:

fyi its like a fraction of a calorie, aka not even worth worrying about, smh.

Im going to hell for saying this but it isn't the calories that would put weight on you but the metabolic damage from the hormones/lack of hormones that fuck up your weight. 😑😃

lol i was overthinking abt my life and i just came to the realization that i’m only in “recovery” so i can be functional and successful at uni but also to gain enough weight so i can experience the joy of losing it all again..

When I got hungry I ate a tums to stop my stomach from growling. It worked.

Also I googled " how many calories burned driving" after thinking about it on my way to work. Apparently you burn 118 calories per hour if you weigh 130lbs.
