keep rewatching my body check vid to see if im thin enough 


4.8 lbs from my gw which will put me at bmi 15.0

Shaved my legs and thought: I should have weighed myself after shaving my legs, so it would have shown less on the scale

i started doing that and no one questions why i always have rubber bands on me. it worked rlly well. i dont crave chocolate or peanut butter anymore lmao

while making my partner sandwiches i took a piece of bread, shoved it against my nose, deeply inhaled, then threw the piece out and gave him his sandwiches .

I took out a frozen cinnamon bun this morning and have eaten a small bite every hour or so today. I forget how well it works to keep away late night munchies. 


FYI When I talk about food, I am never talking about animals  :wub:

Drank so much alcohol and b/p-ed so often until I felt (still feeling like that) so sick to my stomach and so dizzy that I would not want to eat anything.

Cleaned my entire house because I need to burn my breakfast off, but I can’t go outside since it’s raining. I’ve also drank almost 3 liters of green tea.

Overestimated my calories +just in case+
Panicked about what I'm made to be eating tomorrow on our visit to the museum
Went to two grocery stores to make sure I got the +right+ food
