I am sick of being unhealthy and unhappy. When I undereat i don't always lose weight. I binge and feel sick and ashamed. I hide my eating habits from people I'm close to.

I did weight watchers a long time ago. I still get to obsessively count calories. I can expect consistent weight loss if i do it right. I can talk about it constantly without worrying people. Now that I don't drink alcohol anymore I could probably easily hit my target every day. Maybe it will help my health problems to eat more constantly. I plan my life around my health problems and I hate it.

I am hoping WW "cures" my ED. Idk if it'll ever really go away though. Even if I am successful.

How's it going so far? I used to be on it but the points system currently drives me up a wall.  Now I just use a fitbit and count calories.
