Hiya fam.
Yes, this is one dead forum.
But IDGAF.
I’m trying out WW again because I need some balance and sanity to help me deal with this binge cycle.
Plus I like the accountability of it (although I’m only online- can’t afford the studio version at the minute).
So I’m going to post a bit here and there about my WW attempt on this thread.

Old system or new system? Have you done WW before? How was it?

New system.
I “done” it before but really I just signed up for the app and failed to track anything.
This time I put quite a bit of effort into setting up my account and personalising my program and profile.
And I’ve actually been interacting with others online.
I’m hoping to investment into the program this time will help me stick with it...

Well,
My eating has not been great.
BUT I have tracked almost everything in the app which is a big step for me.
I really struggle with keeping up food logs on any kind of app so this is an improvement.
And I’m certainly thinking about how many points things have before I eat them so I have made a few better choices.

WW goals for this week:
Log 200+ fitpoints.
Get at least 2 “blue dots” (I’ve not earned a single one so far).
Finish the week with 100 fitpoints left in the bank (I set my account to use my fitpoints before I use my weeklies)
