I weight myself in the morning. Some days I decide based on the number if I'm allowed to eat yet and if the number feels too high I keep weighing myself until I'm satisfied. When the number is low enough it's time for my morning coffee

I also try to weigh myself every Sunday (so once a week) because the daily fluctuations do me no favours.

i do it the mornings after going nr.2 so about 2-3 times a week lol

about 4-15 times a day
(usually in the morning, before and after I go to the toilet, before and after I go shower, before and after I eat, in the evening, when my parents are out of the house then also before and after exercising)

normally when I wake up, after every purge, and then again at night. So anywhere from 2-8 times a day, 8 being really bad days. I also have to get on the scale 4 times every time I weight but idk if that's more my ED or my OCD

usually once each day, first thing in the morning after using the loo.

sometimes though (maybe once a week)? i am away from home, went to party or stayed the night at my parents etc so i dont have access to a scale. no worries, doesnt bother me. will just weigh the next day.

sometimes i will have had a bad food day and eaten too much, so i dont have to weigh the next day if i dont want to - i dont want to spiral and feel like shit if i've gained, so i might have a day off weighing (a 'no-weigh' day) but make sure to get on track with weighing as soon as i have a good day again.

recently i have been having a few bad food days in a row which sucks, but i have to get back on the scale eventually, around 4 days is my max away from weighing, sometimes if i am really having bad binging issues i need to keep weighing so i have the motivation to get back on track.

In summation, i try not to be obsessive about it, but its a good tool to have to track. not the be all end all.

More than 10 times per day, it's very hard not to when I got a scale in my room. If I drink too much water I weight myself, if I give a bite on whatever, I weight myself... And it goes like this, it's very hard not to.


HW: 198lbs.

CW: 125lbs.

GW: 103lbs.

5'7'7.

 

I wish everything was as easy as getting fat.

I'm trying to weigh myself on alternate days (always morning after peeing)  to see if it makes the fluctuations from water weight etc less noticeable but so far it's the same bullshit as weighing everyday. Like exactly the same weight down to the decimal point two alternate days on a row. I can't understand how that's possible
