I don't really have any unsafe foods, I'll eat most anything I can work into my calorie limit, but I feel extra safe with fruits, herbal tea, slimfast shakes, protein bars, boiled eggs, fat free yogurt, and soup.

Any raw produce
Celery dipped in fresh salsa
Fresh salsa on scrambled eggs
Hard boiled eggs
And lots of coffee, water and sugar-free gum

Coffee for sure. Water, tea, 35 calorie bread, canned chicken or tuna, nut milks, baby carrots, yogurt, mushrooms, salads, frozen veggies, eggs, oatmeal. I have to be careful with nuts, cereal, and tortillas, or chips of any kind, peanut butter or jams and jellies, avocado, granola bars, or cereal bars of any kind.

Vegan protein bars that I make with vegan protein powder, fiber boost, vegan sugar-free chocolate chips, oatmeal flour, 1 tbsp. almond butter and 1/2 cup almond milk.
Indian food at work
Berries, pineapple, bananas, dried fruits
Salads like you mentioned, but I'll have regular dressing.

Apologies for reviving an old reply, but I just wanted to thank you for this protein bar recipe. It sounds amazing! It's hard to cook as a vegan when eating at a deficit. What is 'fiber boost' tho? I found one product on amazon from Probiotix. Is that what you're using? I just want to get a sense of how best to sub it.
