I ate nothing, I’d have a black coffee in the morning and drinks tons of water throughout the day. If I did eat it I’d purge it straight back up, gross I know. I’d walk everywhere probably around 6/7 miles a day, I’d do yoga and gym a lot too. I was so strict with myself and very harsh with myself and my body when I look back but I did lose weight very quickly. Xx

do u mind me asking how long it took u to get from 130 to 105?
